This Privacy Policy describes how the iParticipate App (managed by Skrin Digital Studio and Insullar Ltd.) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the application.

• Optional Information: Phone number, country, address, gender, and birthdate (if you choose to provide them).
• User Activity: Posts you like or comment on, polls you vote in, bookmarks, event interests, and similar interactions.
• Analytics Data: Device information, app usage statistics, and engagement metrics collected via Google Firebase/Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the App and its features.
• Enable social authentication (Google/Apple) and user account management.
• Send service-related notifications and updates.
• Monitor usage trends to improve performance and user experience.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information based on your consent (where required), our legitimate interest in operating the App, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

• Service Providers: We share data with Skrin Digital Studio and Insullar Ltd. for hosting, maintenance, and support.
• Local Content Managers: Authorized national partners may access limited user interaction data relevant to their region (e.g., poll results, event interest counts) but not your password or sensitive account details.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 9).

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data may be processed in countries where Skrin Digital Studio or Insullar Ltd. operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete such information.

The App integrates with Google Firebase and Google Analytics, as well as Google and Apple sign-in services. These third parties have their own privacy policies which govern their handling of your data.
